Jandson Homes are acknowledged leaders in the knock-down and rebuild section of the new home marketplace.
After dealing with so many Councils in recent years it has become clear to the Company that adopting standard designs to individual homesites is not always possible, nor feasible.
That’s why they’ve introduced the exclusive new Deluxe Home Range service in order to be able to say YES more often to requests to build non-standard architectural designs costing up to $500,000.
Heading-up the new service is architect Jim Watt-Smith who has almost three decades of experience in designing and specifying homes for sites with irregular topographical features or constraints within these price levels.
To initiate such matters Jim talks through the clients requirements during interview, then visits their site to get an idea of how to develop an appropriate design brief for them. Having finalised the new plan to the client’s satisfaction, the Company then provides a tender as to the overall cost of the project for clients to organise their finances around.
Funding addressed, Jim then prepares a Development Application (DA) and lodges same with Council on the client’s behalf. Where necessary Jim conducts pre-lodgment meetings with the Council staff to ensure the application meets their approval criteria.
An expert in colours and materials usage, Jim oversees the whole pre-construction process in order to ensure both the Development Application and Construction Certificates Conditions are complied with and the certificates obtained prior to the home contracts being issued.
With the service accelerating in popularity Jim expects to soon have to increase his time at the Company’s display homes at Homeworld Kellyville beyond the alternate Saturdays he’s now operating around.
So for an architect designed home for your unusual homesite, have an “obligation free” chat with Jim to find out how easy it is to get started with this specialty new service. Thereafter a design fee is payable, which is refundable when you build with Jandson Homes.
